Dan Reaser, a lawyer representing Bally’s, appeared before the Nevada Gaming Commission for licensing and registration matters. During the appearance, Commissioner Brian Krolicki asked for an update on the resort that Bally’s plans to build on the site of the former Tropicana. Krolicki said he believed the “valley side” of the project was supposed to be completed by then as well, but Reaser and Mira Mircheva, Bally’s chief financial officer, said that it’s actually a retail, entertainment and dining plaza that they’d like to open in time for the A’s arrival.
