The Del Webb Community Association just filed a major lawsuit against Pulte Homes over alleged construction defects. According to the lawsuit: • Backyards sinking • Retaining walls failing • Significant structural concerns • Some homes reportedly built over 40–50 feet of fill For a lot of homeowners, these were supposed to be retirement dream homes. Pulte says repairs are already underway for 43 homes and states it impacts less than 5% of the community. The HOA attorney claims the issue may be more widespread.
