Cox customers in Las Vegas will transition to Spectrum following Charter purchase

“Cox Communications customers in Southern Nevada will soon see Spectrum products and pricing following Charter Communications’ purchase of the cable provider. Charter completed the transaction, originally valued at approximately $34.5 billion, on Aug. 20. The company says its Spectrum branding, products, pricing and packages will launch in former Cox markets in mid-September. Existing Cox customers do not need to take any immediate action. Cox says customers’ current plans, prices, discounts, billing information and equipment will remain unchanged for now. Existing promotions and contract terms will also be honored.
