We Ate All Day on the Las Vegas Strip for $20
“We tried to eat all day on the Las Vegas Strip for $20 — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — and honestly, one of these meals completely shocked us. Breakfast starts at Eggslut inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, which first opened its doors to Strip visitors in 2015 and quickly became a cult favorite for gourmet egg sandwiches (yes, the sausage here is chicken sausage). From there we battle unseasonably hot late-March weather, spring break crowds, and March Madness chaos as a giant stage and screen block the walkway to In-N-Out Burger at The LINQ Promenade, a location that opened in 2017 and turned this stretch into one of the busiest fast-food corridors in the city. Dinner takes us to the Roman pizzeria inside Eataly at Park MGM, which debuted in 2018 and brought an authentic Italian marketplace experience to the Strip, including traditional pizza al taglio served by the slice. By this point we’re overheated, overstimulated, and still trying to make the math work on this $20 challenge while navigating packed walkways at The LINQ Promenade and the always-buzzing Cosmo crowd. Somehow, the numbers barely work — and one stop wildly overdelivers for the price. If you’re planning a Vegas trip and wondering how to stretch your food budget without missing the fun, this challenge shows exactly what’s possible in real conditions on the Strip — crowds, heat, lines, and all. ✨ Stay connected with me!
