“Massive steel arches rising from the ground on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip are giving passersby a first look at what will eventually become the dome over the Athletics’ new ballpark. Construction has been visible from Las Vegas Boulevard, and a closer look shows more detail about how the project is coming together. The $2 billion stadium is being built as the future home of the Las Vegas A’s, with construction on schedule and the ballpark expected to be ready for opening day in the spring of 2028.
