Old Meets New Vegas: Surprises on an Encore to Fontainebleau Walk

“The Las Vegas Strip is a world-renowned scenic byway…but if you aren’t going north of the Wynn, you are missing a lot! Today’s LVIO adventure takes a walk – a surprising walk – from the Encore to the Fontainebleau. There are multi-billion-dollar resorts along this stretch…but also meaningful Las Vegas history. We’ll show you the Guardian Angel Cathedral inside and out, and tell you the story of how it came to be. And then, we will detour down Convention Center Drive and have a bagel at the world-famous Siegel’s Bagelmania. We’ll stroll past some strip malls…peek into a very busy Tacos El Gordo…and reward ourselves after it’s all over with a cocktail at the Fireside Lounge inside the iconic Peppermill. This is a walk anyone can do, and we encourage you to go do it!
