“A brief round of rain and cloud cover brought a welcome break from the extreme heat for parts of the Las Vegas Valley on Sunday afternoon, prompting residents to step outside and share videos of the changing weather. Viewers across the valley sent in clips showing clouds building and moving through the area. Emily Bilal, filming from her neighborhood, pointed to storm activity, saying, “Super cool clouds down here in the desert.
