Lake Mead Water Level: Did the Las Vegas Flood Help?

“Lake Mead water level after the Las Vegas flood: the remnants of Tropical Storm Rachel tied the city’s daily October rainfall record on October 10–11, 2026, and the lake rose only about 0.11 feet (1.3 inches) before falling again. It kept falling to new record lows: 1,037.18 feet on October 19 and 1,037.16 feet on October 22, about 190 feet below full pool. Most Colorado River water comes from Rocky Mountain snowmelt, not desert rain. Watch next on the channel: Lake Mead Is at a Record Low.
