“The Hard Rock Las Vegas Guitar Hotel tower stands at its full planned height of about 660 feet and 42 stories after topping out in early May 2026. As of late August 2026 the blue tinted glass facade covers nearly the entire structure with only a small corner or section still receiving panels. Exterior sheathing is in place on the lower levels and LED guitar string lighting mounts are being installed along the front. Work continues around the clock on the former Mirage towers including new windows and full interior renovation. The overall project remains on track for a late 2027 opening.
