“Golden State swept Las Vegas, and the stat sheet is brutal. The Aces shot 38.5% in the series against 48.6% in the regular season. Lost the boards 41.7 to 28.3. Lost second chance points 14 to 5. Caitlin’s read: all of that is hustle, and hustle runs out when you have no bench. Jackie Young and Chelsea Gray were playing full 40s. The Valkyries rotate eight, nine, ten deep and nobody plays the whole game. Add a missing NaLyssa Smith and that’s the series. Depth over stars in the playoffs. Is that the new WNBA math or just this matchup? #WNBA #WNBAPlayoffs #LasVegasAces #SupportWomensSports #WomensBasketball”
