The sole purpose of todays hearing is sentencing. Any other issues that may arise from the events that occurred last Wednesday will be handled at a future date by a different court. According to the laws of the State of Nevada this court now sentences the defendant. In addition to the twenty five dollar administrative assessment fee one hundred fifty dollar DNA fee three dollar DNA administrative assessment fee and two hundred fifty dollar defense fee the defendant receives nineteen to forty eight months in the Nevada Department of Corrections.
