City council approves traffic light camera program at 12 Las Vegas intersections

“Traffic concerns around town have prompted action from Las Vegas leaders. The city council unanimously approved a traffic light camera pilot program to address the problem. Twelve locations around town will have the pilot, which will last a year. They include areas where there’s construction, heavy traffic and it’s a known intersection for having issues, or just areas that are near a school zone.
