Clark County funds repairs for Las Vegas Strip pedestrian bridges, escalators

“Las Vegas is known for constantly reinventing itself, but some of the infrastructure that moves tourists up and down the Strip is showing its age — and in some cases, breaking down. The Clark County Commission is in the process of funding repairs for several pedestrian bridges along the Las Vegas Strip. During a meeting held Tuesday, commissioners also discussed fixing a number of escalators that are not working. Visitors said the broken escalators are hard to miss.
