“DEWALT hired me to build two custom headache racks for FABTECH 2026 in Las Vegas, and this project was anything but easy! With an extremely tight deadline, unexpected setbacks, and plenty of problems along the way, this build definitely put me to the test! From designing and fabricating everything in my shop in Texas to getting it shipped to Las Vegas, I’m taking you through the entire process. One rack was built as a fully finished showpiece, while the other was designed for live demonstrations using DEWALT’s compact lineup of tools.
