Hard Rock Las Vegas Construction Update October 2026
“The Mirage closed on July 17, 2024, after 34 years, to make way for a transformative project led by Hard Rock International. Construction began immediately, with demolition starting within 24 hours and full redevelopment underway. The project’s scope has expanded, not shrunk: The guitar-shaped tower now includes 675 rooms (up from 600). Spa space is nearly tripled, and pool areas increased by nearly 50%, with each tower getting its own spa. Everything remains on time and on budget, despite industry-wide economic challenges like labor shortages and rising materials costs. Target opening: Early 4th quarter of 2027 (Q4 2027). Latest projections from Hard Rock management remain confident in a late‑2027 debut. When complete, the resort will include approximately 3,700 rooms (including the guitar tower), a 174,000 sq ft casino, expanded convention facilities, and a refreshed Strip skyline presence Video Editor: Cyberlink PowerDirector 365 Music by Epidemic Sound 甘茶の音楽工房 https://amachamusic.chagasi.com/ MusMus”
