Canada is the world’s largest potash producer, the United States gets roughly 79 percent of its potash imports from Canada, and Belarus has already indicated that much of its available supply is contracted. One bartender at the Cosmopolitan says he used to regularly serve Canadians coming down for hockey games but hasn’t ID’d a Canadian in months. Months.
