“The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace has been one of the most famous luxury shopping destinations in Las Vegas for decades, but is the legendary mall starting to lose its shine? In this video, we take a closer look at what’s happening inside the Forum Shops as Las Vegas deals with weaker visitor numbers, changing tourist spending and a shifting retail scene.
