“Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley said immigration enforcement is good when it’s going after “rapists and murderers,” but detaining tourists at Harry Reid International Airport and 5-year-old children is “bad for our country.” During a routine Thursday press conference, Berkley fielded a variety of reporter questions impacting Las Vegas neighbors. In response to an 8 News Now story on an ICE detainee, she said immigration enforcement is negatively impacting the city’s tourism.”
