“Two girls are without their parents after police say their father shot and killed their mother before turning the gun on himself. The murder-suicide happened Monday near Nellis Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue. Police said the couple’s two daughters came home from school and found their parents. Police said the estranged husband broke into the apartment before shooting the woman and then himself.
