Man killed after intervening in flower robbery, suspect in court

“A man is dead and another man was arrested by Las Vegas Metro police following a robbery and a deadly shooting in the west valley. Police were able to arrest the suspect, identified as 28-year-old Rodger Harrison, a few blocks from the scene of the shooting. He was taken to the Clark County Detention Center on charges of open murder, robbery, and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit. Harrison is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.”
