RAW VIDEO: Suspect charged with killing livestreaming couple on Las Vegas Strip in court

“The man charged with murdering two people during a livestream on the Las Vegas Strip returned to court Thursday to seek bail. Manuel Ruiz, also known as Sin City Manny, stood as his attorney, David Lopez-Negrete, argued to Judge Tierra Jones that he acted in self-defense. Ruiz was arrested in June for killing husband and wife Rodney and Tanisha Finley, 44 and 43, respectively. He pleaded not guilty and has remained held without bail since his arrest.
