The heart shaped hotel proposed for the old Skyvue site across from Mandalay Bay is now approved after FAA tweaks, with 752 rooms and a mini Fremont Street style canopy. Top Gun the attraction finally closed on a location, landing between the Little Church of the West and the Pinball Hall of Fame on the far South Strip.
